Recycled Nylon | Econyl

How does the entire Econyl Recycling Process work?

Econyl has become a popular Nylon Type for Carpet, developed by the leading global manufacturer Aquafil and Carpet manufacturers like ANKER Carpets in Germany. ANKER was the first European manufacturer to devote itself to the emerging environmental issues of recycling and the use of recycled material? It began with 70% recycled content and today available as 100% recycled content.

ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon turns waste problem into exceptional fashion and interior solutions.

It’s made by recovering nylon waste – such as fishing nets from the oceans and aquaculture, fabric scraps from mills and carpets destined for landfill – and turning it into virgin quality nylon yarn.

ECONYL® regenerated nylon opens up endless possibilities for architects, designers and carpet producers.
